Description / Scope of Work
The Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training, Government of Pakistan, invites sealed proposals from reputable firms and supplier organizations for the provision of meal services to students of schools in the Islamabad Capital Territory. The procurement covers approximately 50,000 to 70,000 meals per day across Formal, Non-formal and Special Education schools under the ministry's purview in Islamabad. This is a significant food services contract designed to ensure nutritious meal provision while maintaining Body Mass Index standards through dedicated BMI camps for students. Interested suppliers must be registered on the Active Tax Payer List of the Federal Board of Revenue and possess valid GST and NTN numbers along with an AGPR Vendor Number for supply authorization.
Eligibility is restricted to firms and organizations with demonstrated experience in public sector meal provision and BMI camp management for students. Bidders must be duly registered with the Sales Tax and Income Tax departments, holding current GST and NTN registrations as well as AGPR vendor credentials. Only organizations meeting these compliance and experience requirements in the public sector will be considered for contract award. The tender process follows PPRA regulations and e-procurement procedures to ensure transparency and fair competition among qualified suppliers.

Sealed proposals must be submitted on or before July 16, 2026 by 2:00 p.m. through the PPRA e-Procurement Portal EPADS.
