Description / Scope of Work
Aga Khan Agency for Habitat Pakistan (AKAHP) invites sealed bids from reputable manufacturers and experienced applicators for the supply and application of stone-based acrylic texture coating materials. The procurement covers projects in Gilgit Baltistan and Chitral regions and includes surface preparation, primer application, stone texture finish, protective coating sealer, labour, tools, equipment, transportation, and all related accessories to ensure complete and comprehensive project delivery. Estimated quantities and detailed specifications will be provided in the bid documents upon request.
Bidders must be qualified manufacturers or experienced applicators with demonstrated capability in stone-based texture coating applications. Bidders may apply for all items; however, partial bidding is not permitted and may result in bid rejection. Bidding shall be conducted through a single-stage, single-envelope procedure in accordance with standard procurement guidelines. Bids prepared in accordance with instructions in the bidding documents must be submitted on or before 10 July 2026 at 3:00 PM and will be opened on the same date at 3:30 PM in the presence of bidders.
