Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) has issued a comprehensive policy guidelines notification dated 16 July 2026 with validity extending to 11 July 2027. This notification establishes procedural directives for procurement and operational activities under the authority's jurisdiction across airports in Sindh province and nationwide operations. The guidelines are designed to ensure transparent, competitive, and compliant procurement processes in alignment with Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) standards and federal procurement rules. The notification provides detailed instructions for bidders, contractors, and vendors seeking to engage in business relationships with PAA across various service categories and supply contracts. Eligible participants must comply with Active Taxpayer List requirements, GST/NTN registration compliance, and maintain valid business licenses as specified in the guidelines. Bid security requirements and financial qualification thresholds are established to ensure vendor credibility and financial stability for contract execution. Tender documents can be accessed through the official PPRA e-PADS portal at http://eprocure.gov.pk and PAA's official website at www.paa.gov.pk. Bid submissions must follow the electronic procurement system procedures with specified deadlines and opening schedules. Applicants are advised to register on the e-PADS platform, review all bid documents thoroughly, and submit their proposals according to the schedule outlined in the tender notice to avoid rejection on procedural grounds.
