Description / Scope of Work
The Capital Development Authority, Sector Development Division-I, invites sealed bids from registered contractors and firms for the provision and fixing of street sign boards in Sector E-12/1-2 & 3, Islamabad. The project carries a total estimated cost of Rs 5,529,810.00 with an earnest money requirement of Rs 249,864.00. This invitation applies to registered firms and contractors with valid FEC and FPRA registration certificates for the financial year 2025-26, who can demonstrate their experience and financial capability as specified in the bidding documents.
All prospective bidders must be registered with FPRA and E-FADS to participate in this tender. Bids must be accompanied by security/earnest money in the form of call deposit/CDRs from any scheduled bank, issued against the firm's name and closely referenced to the NIT. Original stamp papers valued at Rs 500 for non-blacklisting undertakings and CDRs must be submitted by designated representatives or authorized officials. Additional performance security deposits at 10 percent of the bid amount are required from selected contractors.
Bidding documents are available on the PPRA and FAD portal. Bids shall be opened publicly on 20-07-2026 at 11.00 AM at the office of Director Sector Development, CDA, located at Room No 50, G-6 Markaz, Islamabad, in the presence of authorized procurement committee members and bidders' representatives. Bidders must submit original bids and scanned copies through E-FADS at http://eproc.gov.pk before the deadline of 20-07-2026 at 10:30 AM.
