Description / Scope of Work
The Peshawar Development Authority (PDA) through the Directorate of Water and Sanitation (W&S) at Reg Model Town, Peshawar invites e-tenders from eligible contractors for the provision of Sanitation Services covering Garbage Service of Reg Model Town and Hiring of Man Power and Machinery for Solid Waste Management in Reg Model Town, Peshawar. The tender reference is INF[P] 3257/28 and is being published through the Electronic Procurement Information System (E-PADS) in accordance with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Rules 2014 under the Single Stage Two Envelope System. The service scope encompasses waste collection, disposal, and related sanitation operations in the Peshawar locality.
Eligible firms and contractors must possess sufficient experience in sanitation and waste management services as specified below. Bidders are required to submit all mandatory documents including valid NTN, KPRA registration, audited financial statements, and proof of relevant experience. A bid security of two percent (two) percent must be furnished in the shape of a call deposit in the name of the Director General, Peshawar Development Authority, drawn from a scheduled bank in accordance with KPPRA Rules 2014. Firms must not be blacklisted by any government, semi-government, or autonomous body, and must provide an affidavit confirming their standing.
Bid documents are available on the E-PADS portal at www.eprocure.gov.pk. The deadline for submission of bids is 21 July 2026 at 11:30 AM at the office of the Deputy Director (Sanitation), Directorate of W&S, Zone III Site Office, Reg Model Town, Peshawar. Bids will be opened on the same date at 12:15 PM in the presence of the Chairman Procurement Wing and authorized representatives. Only the first two bidders will be evaluated. The tender is issued under the supervision of the Deputy Director (Sanitation) with zero tolerance for corruption.
