Description / Scope of Work
THQ Hospital Shujabad, located in District Multan, Punjab, invites electronic bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers, contractors and service providers for thirteen framework contracts covering medical supplies and services for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement spans a total budget of approximately 31.9 million Pakistani Rupees and includes framework contracts for medicines and surgical items (dialysis items and SSF programme), dental items, general store items, stationery, printing materials, X-ray films and accessories, laboratory items, surgical items, dialysis items, purchase IT items, repair and maintenance of medical and laboratory machines, and medical gases. These contracts are essential for the continuous operation and maintenance of healthcare services at the hospital facility.
Interested bidders must be duly registered with relevant tax authorities and must fulfill all eligibility criteria applicable to their respective lot categories. Bidders may participate in one or more multiple lot subjects provided they meet the specified eligibility requirements. All mandatory documents, registrations and authorizations applicable to the respective lot must be submitted along with the bid. Bid security requirements and detailed specifications for each framework contract are available through the e-FADS portal of the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA).
Bidding documents and detailed specifications are available on the PPRA website at https://eprocure.punjab.gov.pk/. The response time shall be calculated exclusively from the date of publication on the PPRA website. Procurement will be conducted through open competitive bidding via the e-FADS system under applicable PPRA rules. Online bid submission is mandatory through e-FADS only. The last date and time for online bid submissions is 18 July 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bids opening scheduled at 11:30 AM the same day at the MS Office of THQ Hospital Shujabad.
