Aitchison College, Lahore invites sealed tenders from school furniture manufacturers for the supply of class room furniture at its premises in Lahore, Punjab. This is a single-stage two-envelope bidding process for the supply of class room furniture to the institution. The tender documents containing detailed information, terms and conditions are available from the Office of the Bursar, Aitchison College, Lahore on payment of rupees 10,000 (non-refundable) from 01-07-2026 to 15-07-2026 during office hours, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. Bid security of 3 percent of the total quoted amount is required to be submitted along with the proposal in the form of pay order or demand draft issued by a scheduled bank in favor of Aitchison College Lahore.
Bidders must be registered with PEC and other relevant bodies. Sealed bids are to be delivered to the Office of the Bursar, Aitchison College, Lahore by 10:30 am on 16-07-2026. Bids should be clearly marked "SUPPLY OF CLASS ROOM FURNITURE – Technical Proposal" and "SUPPLY OF CLASS ROOM FURNITURE – Financial Proposal". All bids must be accompanied by 3% bid security in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft issued by a scheduled bank in favor of Aitchison College Lahore. The bid will consist of separate technical and financial proposals as single-stage two-envelope submission.
Technical proposals will be opened on 18th July 2026 at 11:00 AM in the Administration Block, Aitchison College Lahore, in the presence of bidders who wish to be present. The date for opening of financial proposals will be advised after evaluation of technical proposals. Each bid must include name and address, firm establishment date, updated PEC registration, details of similar completed works in the last five years with client references, details of works in hand with client names, key personnel information, plant and machinery details, classifications if any, and financial stability certificates.
