Description / Scope of Work
Shifa Foundation, a non-profit organization established in 1991 and sister organization of Shifa International Hospital Ltd. Islamabad, invites sealed quotations from reputable registered firms, suppliers and vendors for the supply, installation and commissioning of an inverter and battery backup system for a Water ATM power backup under the Integrated Services Delivery (ISD) Project in Karachi, Sindh. The scope of work includes supply and installation of one Inverex Nitrox 3.6kW IP65 hybrid inverter, one Inverex lithium battery 24V 100Ah, wiring and fitting connections with all accessories, circuit breakers, and complete labour charges for installation, testing and integration with existing solar and utility power systems at Abdullah Gabol Site. The requirement is urgent with completion deadline of 07 July 2026.
Only sealed quotations will be accepted. Eligibility is limited to reputable registered firms and vendors. Quoted prices must be inclusive of transportation, installation, fitting, commissioning and all applicable government taxes including GST and WHT. Quoted rates must remain valid for at least four weeks. The supplier's invoice must clearly mention NTN, GST registration number where applicable, or CNIC. Payment will be made within twenty working days after submission of original invoice and successful completion of work through crossed cheque in the name of the company or business.
Submission deadline for sealed quotations is 05 July 2026. Late quotations will not be considered. The quotation envelope should be clearly marked Quotation for Supply and Installation of Inverter and Battery System. Bid documents are available in the attached RFQ form.
