For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
This is a goods procurement for electrical equipment (UPS units and batteries) by a federal university.
Scale appears medium, targeting institutional/campus-wide power backup requirements. The bidding is fully electronic via ePADS with a tight deadline (August 25, 2026). Bidders must be EPADS-registered and provide either formal bid security or a declaration. The use of LCBS suggests straightforward evaluation on price after technical compliance is confirmed.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0. The notice does not specify PEC category, NTN registration, or sector-specific licensing for goods supply; typically, suppliers of electrical equipment should hold valid NTN and be in good standing with tax authorities. Bidders from all provinces may participate in this national procurement.
