National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC) invites electronic bids from registered contractors and service providers for the replacement of 2x200 AH/48Volt (1+1) NGN Battery Banks with 4x100 AH/48 Volt at Transmission Hall, Peshawar Cantt, KPK. The scope of work involves supply and installation of battery banks that conform to technical specifications detailed in Annex-B of the tender documents. NTC, established in 1996 under the Pakistan Telecommunication Re-Organization Act 1996, provides basic telecommunication services to Federal and Provincial Governments, their departments, autonomous organizations and defense services across the country. The required items supplied shall conform to all standards and parameters mentioned in technical specifications, with NTC's decision being final in case of conflicting specifications in the documents.
Bidders must be registered with Tax Authorities for both Income Tax and Sales Tax. The firm must provide an undertaking on at-least PKR 200/- Judicial Paper confirming that the firm is not blacklisted from any government organization and has no linkage with India and/or Israel regarding ownership or sponsoring. Non-submission of documentary proof for these eligibility conditions will render a firm non-responsive and result in non-consideration for evaluation. All bidders shall bear their own costs associated with bid preparation and submission.

Electronic bids must be submitted through ePADS on or before 25 August 2026 at 1100 hours. Manual bids will not be accepted. Electronic bids will be opened on the same day at 1130 hours.
