IBA Karachi invites electronic bids on EPADS from active taxpayers and registered suppliers for the overall operation, maintenance and supply of spares on a need basis for electrical and allied facilities at IBA Boys Hostel in Karachi, Sindh. This Single Stage One Envelope tender covers comprehensive facility management services including routine maintenance, emergency repairs, and procurement of necessary spare parts to ensure uninterrupted operation of the hostel's electrical infrastructure. The tender is open to manufacturers, firms, companies and suppliers registered with SPPRA EPADS and relevant tax authorities.
Bidders must be registered as active taxpayers with SPPRA EPADS and relevant tax authorities. The tender fee is Rs. 5,000, which must be generated from the IBA website at https://www.iba.edu.pk/tenders/ and deposited at any branch of Meezan Bank Ltd. Bid security of 2 percent is required in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of IBA Karachi. Only uploaded bids with supporting documents submitted through SPPRA EPADS system at www.eprocure.gov.pk will be accepted, with the original bid security and duly signed bid documents to be physically delivered to IBA before opening.

Submission period runs from July 1 to July 22, 2026, between 9:00 AM and 2:30 PM, with bids opening on July 22, 2026 at 3:00 PM. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for July 16, 2026 at 11:00 AM at IBA Boys Hotel.
