Description / Scope of Work
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites sealed bids for the supply of Cement OPC Fresh in 50 kilogram bags with loading, unloading and stacking services. The tender enquiry reference number is FCS/NSR/TE/021/26 and covers a total requirement of 820 bags of cement valued at Rs. 27,797. The procurement is for civil materials required in the construction of valve pits and valve assemblies along the 8-inch diameter Charsadda to Tangi transmission line in Charsadda, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Free delivery is required within 15 days of purchase order receipt at the specified SNGPL Store location in Charsadda Camp.
Bidders must submit firm and irrevocable offers in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of all government taxes, duties and levies except sales tax, which shall be mentioned separately. A bid bond of Rs. 27,797 is required, with the second copy to be uploaded through EPADS and the original delivered before tender closing. Bidders must be authorized suppliers capable of meeting technical specifications for OPC cement. Only one authorized representative per bidding firm may attend the public bid opening, and cartels or anti-competitive conduct will result in bid rejection and possible debarment from future procurement.
Bid documents comprising general terms, schedule of requirements, technical specifications, price sheets and bond specimens are available as appendices to the tender notice. Both original and duplicate bids must be enclosed in duplicate sealed covers marked confidential. Bids will be received through EPADS and physical submission at the Procurement Officer's office in Charsadda until 16 July 2026 at 15:00 hours, with public opening at 15:30 hours the same day.
