Description / Scope of Work
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited invites bids for the supply of civil material required for gas infrastructure projects in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The tender enquiry FCS/NSR/TE/020/26 covers approximately 42,574 Pakistani Rupees worth of materials including 28,000 numbers of first-class bricks (9" x 3" x 4-1/4"), 2,600 cubic feet of local sand, 800 cubic feet of 3/8" crush, 2,400 cubic feet of 1/2" crush, 1,200 cubic feet of gravel (sand mixed), and 11,500 cubic feet of earth clay for filling. Delivery is required within 15 days after receipt of purchase order at SNGPL Store in Charsadda Camp, with materials distributed across three project sites including SMS Tarnab 200 MMCFD facility in Peshawar and valve assemblies on the 8" diameter Charsadda to Tangi transmission line.
Bidders must provide a bid bond valued at Rs. 42,574 and comply with technical specifications outlined in Appendix C of the tender documents. All quotations must be submitted in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of all government taxes, duties and levies except sales tax, and must be based on free delivery to the specified SNGPL location in Charsadda. Bids shall remain valid for 60 days from the closing date. Only one authorized representative per bidder is permitted to attend the public bid opening, supported by an authority letter as per the prescribed format.
Bid documents are available from SNGPL Camp, Near Tajo Bibi Girls College, Main Charsadda Bazaar, Charsadda. Bids must be submitted in duplicate sealed envelopes through EPADS and in hard copy format to the Officer (Procurement) on or before July 16, 2026 at 15:00 hours.
