Railway Estate Development and Marketing Company (REDAMCO) is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) dated 29th June 2026 for the hiring of Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) to support mixed-use commercial development initiatives. The engagement encompasses comprehensive advisory services including feasibility studies, market analysis, financial structuring, transaction management, and stakeholder coordination for a significant commercial development project. REDAMCO seeks qualified consultants with expertise in real estate development, project structuring, and commercial advisory to guide the project through planning, structuring, and implementation phases. The assignment requires detailed understanding of mixed-use development models, regulatory frameworks, and commercial best practices in Pakistan's real estate sector.
Eligible consultants must demonstrate substantial experience in transaction advisory services for commercial and mixed-use developments, possess relevant professional qualifications, and maintain integrity and conflict-free status. Consultants should have prior experience managing similar projects, qualified professional staff with recognized credentials, and the capacity to deliver high-quality advisory services. Bid security is required as per the data sheet specifications. All proposals must be submitted in English language and comply with the RFP format requirements, including technical and financial components. Bidders must submit an Integrity Pact and complete affidavits as stipulated in the RFP documents.
Bid documents can be obtained from REDAMCO offices, and proposals must be submitted by the closing date of 16th July 2026. Technical proposals will be evaluated on consultant organization, experience, understanding of the assignment, methodology, team composition, and professional credentials. Financial proposals will be assessed following successful technical evaluation. Negotiations may be conducted with the highest-ranked consultant before final contract award.
