Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites quotations for provision of comprehensive repairing and maintenance services for Dispensing Units (DU) at Sultan Fuel Station in D.I. Khan Division, Sindh Province. The scope of work includes repair and installation of distribution boards, glass doors, power equipment, LCD displays, power supply units, metering systems, pumping assemblies, motors, and dispensing unit graphics. All services, tools, materials, loading, unloading and transportation charges must be included in the quoted rates, along with all applicable government taxes and sales tax. The work is subject to inspection and acceptance by the Design Engineer or Branch Manager, with a penalty of 0.1% per day for late delivery up to a maximum of 10% of total order value.
Prospective contractors must be qualified service providers capable of executing high-risk mechanical and electrical works. Contractors must provide adequate personal protective equipment (PPE) to all workers, comply with all Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) standards as prescribed by PSO, and engage certified or licensed electricians for electrical work where applicable. A one-year warranty must be provided on all parts installed, with any complaints to be rectified at no cost to PSO. Contractors are fully responsible for any accidents or damage to PSO property during execution of work.
