Description / Scope of Work
Printing Corporation of Pakistan, a government-owned corporation functioning under the administrative control of the Cabinet Division, Government of Pakistan, invites sealed bids from manufacturers and general order suppliers for the procurement of white offset paper (local high finish), PS plates, tracing paper, and toner (imported). The tender is issued for supply to the Printing Corporation of Pakistan Press located in Islamabad, Federal Province. The detailed specifications, quantities, and delivery locations on FOR basis are contained in the tender bidding documents. Bidders with the lowest evaluated bid will be awarded the purchase contract.
Eligible bidders must be manufacturers or general order suppliers registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Department of the FBR and listed on the active taxpayer list of the FBR. Bids must be accompanied with earnest money or security money on a lot-wise basis: Lot No. 1 requires Rs. 42,401/- and Lot No. 2 requires Rs. 108,421/-. Bidders must submit at least two sample sheets of each offered paper or card (full size) in sealed covers along with the bid security. Bids without earnest money or security money will be disqualified. Recycled paper is not acceptable, and offered rates must be inclusive of all taxes. National Tax Number, GST Registration Number, and Vendor Number must be indicated in all bids, with successful bidders required to provide sales tax invoices. The bid validity period must be 90 days.
Complete bids must be uploaded on PPRA EPADS on or before 16 July 2026 at 2:00 p.m., with hard copies submitted to the undersigned office at the same time. Bids will be opened on the same day at 2:30 p.m. at the office of Manager (P&D), Printing Corporation of Pakistan, Head Office, Khyaban-e-Suhrawardy, G-7/4, Islamabad. The Corporation reserves the right to cancel or reject any or all tenders in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
