Description / Scope of Work

Oil & Gas Development Company Limited (OGDCL), operating under GST No. 07-02-2802-001-55 and National Tax No. 0787223-2, invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers, manufacturers, and authorized agents through a Single Stage One Envelope Bidding Procedure as per PPRA rules for the supply of materials on F.O.R. (Free on Rail) basis. This Master Set of Tender Document and its Terms and Conditions shall be applicable to all upcoming tenders issued by OGDCL's Supply Chain Management Department for local procurement. The invitation is open to all prospective bidders subject to provisions of incorporation or licensing by respective national incorporating agencies or statutory bodies. Bidders must bear all costs associated with the preparation and delivery of their bid documents.

Eligible bidders must submit sealed envelopes containing the original Bid Bond for the amount specified in the individual Request for Proposal (RFP) at OGDCL Reception on or before the date and time of bid submission mentioned in the Tender Notice. The bid bond envelope must be marked for the Manager (SCM) Local, Supply Chain Management Department, OGDCL House, Jinnah Avenue, Islamabad, Pakistan, with clear indication of the RFP number and bid opening date and time. All bids must indicate that the quotation fully conforms to the RFP and Terms and Conditions. Clarifications on specifications or other terms may be sought in writing through SAP-Ariba Portal not later than one week prior to the deadline for bid submission.

Bidders are required to submit technical and financial bids for supply and delivery of goods, materials, equipment and/or services as described in the Request for Proposal. The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities, cancel items, and have items inspected by its own representatives or third parties at its own cost. All Annexures including the Bidding Form (Technical Bid), Bid Summary Sheet, Integrity and Ethics Undertaking, Form-4 (Affidavit), Bank Guarantee specimens, and Declaration of Ultimate Beneficial Owners Information are integral parts of the Tender Document and must be submitted in compliance with requirements.
