Description / Scope of Work
Oil & Gas Development Company Limited (OGDCL), a major national energy enterprise, invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers, manufacturers, and authorized dealers for the supply of materials on F.O.R. (Free on Rail) basis under a Single Stage One Envelope Bidding Procedure in accordance with PPRA rules. This master tender document and its terms and conditions shall be applicable to all upcoming tenders issued by the Supply Chain Management Department (Local Procurement) of OGDCL. The procurement is open to all prospective bidders subject to appropriate incorporation and licensing by relevant national agencies. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes at the OGDCL Reception at OGDCL House, Jinnah Avenue, Islamabad, Pakistan.
Bidders must be registered and licensed according to their respective trade or business category. All bidders are required to submit a Bid Bond (Bid Security) for the amount specified in the Request for Proposal (RFP), which must be delivered on or before the deadline mentioned in the Tender Notice. The purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities or cancel any or all items without assigning reasons. Bidders may seek clarifications in writing through the SAP-Ariba Portal not later than one week prior to the bid submission deadline.
Sealed envelopes containing the original Bid Bond must be clearly marked with the Manager (SCM) Local, addressed to the Supply Chain Management Department at OGDCL House, Jinnah Avenue, Islamabad. Technical and Financial Bids for supply and delivery of goods, materials, equipment and/or services as described in the RFP must fully conform to the RFP specifications and all terms and conditions. All Annexures to the tender document, including the Bidding Form, Bid Summary Sheet, Integrity and Ethics Undertakings, Performance Bond Specimens, and other required declarations, are integral parts of the tender and must be completed by all prospective bidders.
