Description / Scope of Work
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites sealed competitive bids for the supply of miscellaneous hardware materials and gases required for store stock. The tender enquiry FCS/NSR/TE/022/26 covers thirteen line items including mild steel sheets, welding gases (oxygen and acetylene in cylinders), bakelite sheets, MS bolts, welding glass, carbon brushes, wooden skids, gunny bags, MS bars, and binding wire. The total estimated bid bond value is Rs. 43,313, and free delivery is required within 15 days of purchase order receipt at the SNGPL Store located in Charsadda Camp, Charsadda, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. The scope encompasses various quantities of industrial materials and consumables needed for maintenance and operational purposes.
Bidders must be firms or organizations eligible to participate in government procurement and must submit bids in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of all government taxes, duties, and levies except sales tax, which shall be mentioned separately. A bid bond as specified in Appendix E must accompany each bid. The offer must remain valid for sixty days from the closing date. All bids must be submitted in duplicate sealed covers marked as confidential, with one copy through the EPADS portal and one physical copy to the Officer (Procurement) at the address provided. Technical conformity with the specifications in Appendices C and C-1 must be explicitly declared by bidders, and full disclosure certificates and non-collusion declarations are required as per Appendix J.
Bids will be received until 17.07.2026 by 15:00 hours and opened publicly the same date at 15:30 hours at SNGPL Camp, Near Tajo Bibi Girls College, Main Charsadda Bazaar, Charsadda. SNGPL reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities by up to fifteen percent post-opening and to conduct hundred percent inspection by third-party inspectors at manufacturing premises or inspection shops.
