Description / Scope of Work
The Establishment Division, Government of Pakistan, Islamabad invites pre-qualification applications from reputable, experienced and technically sound firms, vendors, contractors and service providers for execution of repair and maintenance works across four categories during the financial years 2026-27 and 2027-28, with an initial contract period of two years extendible for one additional year with mutual consent. The procurement covers Category 1: Official Vehicles Repair, Category 2: Machinery and Equipment Repair, Category 3: Furniture and Fixtures Repair, and Category 4: Computer and IT Equipment Repair including both hardware and software services. This pre-qualification process is conducted under Rules 15 and 16 read with Rule 42(a) and (b) of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, and applies to service providers operating in Islamabad and Rawalpindi.
Eligible applicants must possess valid registration with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments, maintain active status on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue, operate a complete own setup in Islamabad or Rawalpindi preferably in the vicinity of the Establishment Division, demonstrate a minimum of five years of working experience in the respective categories applied with public sector organizations, and be registered on the E-PADS portal. All participating firms must comply with the eligibility criteria and documentation requirements outlined in the bidding documents.
