Description / Scope of Work
The National Highway Authority (NHA), Balochistan-South Region, Khuzdar, invites e-bids from constructors registered with the Income Tax Department and listed as active taxpayers by the Federal Board of Revenue, holding valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in Category C-5 with codes CE-01 and CE-10. The invitation covers 57 routine maintenance works comprising 29 works on National Highway N-25 (KM 22 to KM 545), 12 works on National Highway N-85 (KM 00 to KM 174), and 16 works on Motorway M-8 (KM 00 to KM 183). The combined engineer's estimate for all works exceeds Rs. 485 million. These routine maintenance contracts are being tendered for the fiscal year 2025-26 under the financial year 2025-26 procurement plan for the Khuzdar region in Balochistan province.
Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council and maintain active taxpayer status. Prospective contractors should obtain EPADS registration at www.eprocure.gov.pk as manual hard copy bids will no longer be accepted in upcoming procurements. Bidding documents will be made available free of cost from July 15, 2026 on the NHA e-bidding portal. Each bidder may apply for multiple works but will be awarded a maximum of two contracts based on lowest bid evaluation, subject to financial capacity verification through audit reports. All bids must comply with the single-stage two-envelope method of procurement as detailed in the bidding documents.
E-bids must be submitted to the NHA Complex, Main RCD Highway, Khuzdar by July 22, 2026 at 10:30 Hours, with technical bid opening scheduled for 11:00 Hours the same day.
