Pakistan Ordnance Factories, Wah Cantt invites sealed quotations for the procurement of dialysis items classified as therapeutic goods and pharmaceuticals. This tender enquiry referenced 0008/HOSP/LP/56/DIALYSIS ITEMS dated 23-06-2026 is issued by the Government of Pakistan through the POF Hospital at Wah Cantt, located in Punjab province. Participating firms must be registered or recognized entities, with registered and indexed firms required to provide bid security at 2% of the quoted value (maximum Rs. 0.50 million), while unregistered firms must provide 5% bid security (maximum Rs. 1.00 million). All bidders must submit a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 500 via crossed postal order or pay order in favour of the Director Admin POF Wah Cantt. Technical quotations must remain valid for at least 90 days from the tender opening date. Suppliers must furnish a Professional Tax clearance certificate from the Excise and Taxation department and provide information regarding hazardous effects of materials on the environment.
Bid submission closes on 28-07-2026 at 10:00 hours at the Bid Centre adjacent to Rabita Hall, POF Wah Cantt. Tenders must be submitted in two separate envelopes containing Part I (Technical Offer without Price) and Part II (Commercial Offer with Price). The successful bidder shall provide an unconditional Bank Guarantee or CDR equivalent to 10% of the contract amount as performance bond within 07 working days of issuance of Letter of Intent.
