DHQ Hospital Aliabad Hunza, located in Gilgit-Baltistan, invites sealed tenders for the repair and purchase of various items for the financial year 2026-2027. The procurement encompasses fifteen heads including repair of transport, printing and publications, local purchase of medicines and surgical items, X-ray films and laboratory items on required basis, food items for diet to indoor patients, ORD items, miscellaneous items, office stationery, repair of machinery and equipment, repair of generator, minor repair of health facilities, purchase of oxygen gas, transportation of goods, purchase of machinery and equipment, purchase of furniture and fixtures, repair of furniture and fixtures, and Sehat Sahulat Program. The total estimated value and scope of supplies cover essential medical, operational, and maintenance requirements for the hospital. Call deposits range from 2250 to 50000 rupees depending on the tender head, with all submissions and bids opening scheduled for 22-07-2026 at 11:00 AM and 11:30 AM respectively.
Only registered firms are eligible to participate in this tender. Bidders for local purchase of medicines must possess a valid medical license and maintain a medical store near DHQ Hospital Aliabad Hunza. All participants must submit affidavits in original confirming no black listing and no court cases against their firm or company. Bid security deposits must accompany each tender submission. Required documents must be attested and complete. The authority reserves the right to reject any bid deemed to have extreme high or extreme low rates or irrational pricing, and bidders with poor working reputation with the office will not be entertained.
Detailed bid documents and complete specifications with terms and conditions for food and other items may be obtained from the office of the undersigned during official business hours. Sealed tenders must be submitted by the stipulated date and time on 22-07-2026. In case of a declared public holiday, tender opening will be deferred to the next working day. Bidders are required to provide computeriized rate quotations for all items mentioned, and must ensure strict compliance with submission deadlines and documentation requirements.
