Description / Scope of Work
The Mirpur Division (Irrigation) at Mirpur Mathelo, Sindh, invites National Competitive Bidding for the procurement of goods, Abkalani material, and machinery during the Abkalani season 2026-27 for use along canals and bunds within the Mirpur Division (Irrigation) jurisdiction. This procurement encompasses various materials and equipment required for irrigation infrastructure maintenance and operation during the specified season in Sindh province. The tender documents have been prepared in accordance with Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority guidelines for national competitive bidding procedures applicable to Pakistan.
Prospective bidders must deposit an Earnest Money of PKR 1,000,000 (One Million) and pay a Tender Fee of PKR 5,000 to qualify for participation. Bidders are required to submit their applications with all requisite documentation including the Earnest Money deposit receipt and Tender Fee payment proof. Only registered contractors and suppliers with relevant experience in supplying irrigation materials and machinery are eligible to participate in this procurement exercise.
