Execution of "Balance Work of ADP Scheme 2025-2026" based on the Market Rate System (MRS) 1st Bi-Annual 2026. The standardized line items required include: Earthwork excavation and embankment for sewers and manholes at varying depths. Dry rammed brick ballast ($1\frac{1}{2}"$ to $2"$). Type C reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix 1:2:4) for structural members like roof slabs, beams, columns, and lintels. Fabrication of Grade 40 deformed mild steel reinforcement. Pacca brick work in circular masonry/steining of wells and other structures using 1:4 cement-sand mortar. Providing and laying 60mm thick Tuff pavers (7000 PSI crushing strength) over a sand cushion. $\frac{1}{2}"$ thick cement plaster (1:4 ratio) up to 20' height. Earth filling, watering, and ramming under floors using outside earth. Providing and fixing stainless steel magnetic door stoppers and heavy-duty automatic hydraulic door closers. Plain Cement Concrete (1:2:4).
