Description / Scope of Work
The Govt. Sadiq College Women University Bahawalpur invites e-procurement bids from GST and Income Tax registered firms, distributors, dealers, and suppliers for the supply of chemicals and apparatus for the financial year 2025-26. The estimated cost of this tender is rupees 2,000,000 with a bid security requirement of rupees 100,000. This is a single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure conducted through the e-PADS platform for procurement of laboratory chemicals and apparatus required by the university located in Bahawalpur, Punjab.
Eligible bidders must be GST and Income Tax registered and authorized dealers or distributors of the required items. Bid security must be submitted in the form of a CDR in the name of Treasurer, GSCWU Bahawalpur. The original bid security instrument along with proof of uploaded procurement information must be physically submitted to the office of Purchase at the university before the submission deadline. Conditional bids and offers with incomplete documentation will be rejected. Bids must remain valid for a period as specified in the tender documents.
The tender document is available free of cost on the e-PADS website at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk, the PPRA website at http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk, and the university website at www.gscwu.edu.pk. Bids must be submitted through e-PADS on or before 16-07-2026 (Thursday) till 10:30 AM, with opening scheduled for 11:00 AM the same day in the presence of competitive firm representatives. Rates should be quoted on FOR or DDP basis. The university reserves the right to cancel or reject all tenders at any time prior to acceptance without providing detailed justification.
