Comsats University, Islamabad invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers for the procurement of consumable and chemical items required by the Biosciences Department. This is a goods procurement for the fiscal year 2026-27, with the procurement reference P74935. The tender is open to all eligible bidders registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) platform. The procurement will be conducted using a Single Stage-Two Envelope approach with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
