Description / Scope of Work
Aitchison College, Lahore invites sealed tenders for the supply of classroom furniture in two stages. Stage One covers the supply of furniture from school furniture manufacturers for single-stage tender evaluation, while Stage Two addresses the supply of classroom furniture to the college premises. This procurement is open to eligible bidders and is valued at Rs. 10,000 (inclusive of GST). The tender documents, containing detailed information, terms and conditions, can be obtained from the Office of the undersigned upon payment of Rs. 10,000 in Lahore from 01-07-2026 to 15-07-2026 during office hours 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. Bid security of 3% of the total quoted amount is required to be submitted along with the proposal in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft issued by a scheduled bank in favour of Aitchison College Lahore.
Eligible bidders must provide registration evidence with PEC and other relevant bodies, detail of similar works completed in the last five years with the name of the certifying agency, job value and time of completion along with completion certificates, details of works in hand showing location and client name, bio data of key personnel, details of plant and machinery, and details of cases or litigations if any. A certificate regarding financial stability is also required. All bids must be accompanied by 3% bid security in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft issued by a scheduled bank in favour of Aitchison College Lahore.
Technical proposals will be opened on 16th July 2026 at 11:00 AM in the Administration Block of Aitchison College Lahore in the presence of bidders and authorized representatives. The opening date for financial proposals will be notified after evaluation of technical proposals. Sealed bids clearly marked "Supply of Classroom Furniture – Technical Proposal" and "Supply of Classroom Furniture – Financial Proposal" must be delivered to the Office of the Bursar at Aitchison College Lahore by 10:30 am on 16-07-2026.
