Description / Scope of Work
NED University of Engineering & Technology, located in Karachi, Sindh, invites sealed bids for the hiring of courier services through the EPADS (Electronic Procurement and Dispatch System) portal. This tender aims to engage a qualified courier service provider to handle mail and parcel delivery operations for the university. The scope includes reliable, timely, and cost-effective courier services to support the institution's administrative and operational requirements across its campus and external locations within the province.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and hold valid tax registration. Bidders should possess proven experience in courier and logistics services, with relevant business licenses and certifications. A bid security deposit is required as per standard procurement rules. All bidders must demonstrate financial capability and operational capacity to fulfill courier commitments on an ongoing basis. Preference may be given to bidders with established track records in similar institutional service delivery.

Sealed bids must be submitted according to the schedule: bids close on 21 July 2026 at 10:00 AM, with opening on the same date at 10:30 AM.
