Description / Scope of Work
Rawalpindi Medical University, Government of the Punjab, invites prequalification applications from manufacturers, authorized dealers, agents, contractors, and general order suppliers for provision of goods and services during the financial year 2026-2027. The university seeks to establish a roster of prequalified vendors across multiple categories including electrical and electronic equipment, IT equipment and accessories, furniture and fixtures, general store items, sanitary items and accessories, nursery farms for plant provisions, office equipment and stationery, safety and security equipment, vehicle spare parts and accessories, auto mobile workshops, repair and maintenance services, printing and publishing services, medical equipment, books and journals, banking services, and catering or food refreshment services. Interested bidders may download prequalification documents from the official website at www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk or www.rmu.edu.pk free of cost. The procurement is for a period of one year from July 2026 to June 2027 and covers services required at the RMU New Teaching Block in side Holy Family Hospital in Rawalpindi, Punjab.
