Description / Scope of Work
The Lahore Cantonment Board (Engineering) has reserved funds under the FY 2026-27 budget for the procurement of civil works related to the provision of a rubber cushion synthetic jogging track at Canna Park Abid Majeed Road, Lahore Cantt. The board invites sealed bids from eligible contractors registered on EPADS v2.0 for the execution of this infrastructure project. The procurement will be conducted in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004 and applicable regulations, utilizing a single-stage one-envelope least cost-based selection (LCBS) methodology. Detailed specifications and requirements for the jogging track provision are available in the bidding documents accessible through the EPADS e-procurement portal.
All bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate in this procurement process. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security amount as described in the bid security section of the bidding document, which can be furnished in the form of a pay order, banker's cheque, call deposit, bank guarantee, or a certified bid securing declaration in the format specified. The bidding documents, containing comprehensive terms, conditions, specifications, and technical requirements, are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/ for all interested and registered bidders.
Electronic bids prepared in accordance with the instructions in the e-bidding documents must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Monday, July 13, 2026 at 10:00 AM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 10:30 AM. Manual submission of bids is entertained only for vendors not registered on EPADS v2.0; such bidders must register at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/.
