Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) invites sealed competitive bids for the supply of laboratory chemicals, material and instruments for PTCL dispensaries nationwide during the period 2026-2029. This tender covers the provision of essential laboratory supplies and equipment required to support healthcare services across PTCL's dispensary network throughout Pakistan on a nationwide scale. Bids are invited on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) in accordance with PTCL's procurement requirements and standards. The contract period extends for three years from 2026 to 2029, representing a significant procurement opportunity for qualified chemical and medical equipment suppliers.
Vendor registration with PTCL is mandatory for all bidders interested in supplying materials or services. Bidders must obtain a Vendor Registration Code (VR Code) from PTCL and include this code in their quotations and bids. Unregistered vendors are required to complete the registration process with PTCL to establish a good and continuous business relationship. The vendor registration form is available for download from PTCL's official website. All bids must be complete in all aspects and submitted strictly in accordance with the procedures outlined in the Request for Proposal (RFP) document.
Bids must be submitted exclusively through the SAP Ariba Platform using the provided portal link before 23:59 hours on 08 July 2026. Bids received after the deadline will not be accepted and will be returned unopened. PTCL reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to annul the bidding process at any time without incurring any liability or obligation to inform bidders of the grounds for rejection.
