Description / Scope of Work
The Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) has invited bids for the procurement of security services under reference P53225 for the fiscal year 2026-27. This non-consultancy services procurement is being conducted on a national basis through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) using the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure with Open Competitive Bidding methodology. The procurement will adopt the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, and applicable regulations issued by the Authority. All eligible bidders registered on EPADS v2.0 are invited to participate in this competitive bidding process.
Bidders must meet specified eligibility criteria and are required to submit a bid security in the form of a Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Demand Draft, or Bid Securing Declaration on the prescribed format. The bid security serves to ensure the credibility and commitment of participating bidders. All necessary documentation, including detailed terms and conditions, service specifications, scope of work, and evaluation criteria, are comprehensively outlined in the e-bidding documents available through the EPADS portal.
E-bidding documents are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/53225. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 on or before Monday, July 20, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with e-bid opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submission of bids shall not be accepted.
