Description / Scope of Work
IGNITE-National Technology Fund invites sealed bids for the provision of internet service on a national basis through a single stage-one envelope bidding process. This non-consultancy services procurement aims to secure reliable internet connectivity for the organization's operations across Federal territory. The scope of work includes the supply and provision of internet service with comprehensive technical specifications and service level agreements as detailed in the Terms of Reference. Bidders are required to meet specific eligibility criteria including valid business registration, relevant experience in providing internet services, and compliance with all regulatory requirements. A bid securing declaration is mandatory, and bidders must demonstrate financial stability and technical capability to deliver the required services.
Eligible bidders must possess appropriate licenses from Pakistan Telecommunication Authority or equivalent regulatory bodies, maintain a valid tax registration certificate, and submit proof of previous similar service delivery. The bid security requirements and financial evaluation metrics are detailed in the Bid Data Sheet. Bidders should carefully review all technical specifications, scope of work, and contractual terms including General Conditions of Contract and Special Conditions of Contract before submission. Performance guarantees and integrity pacts are required from the successful bidder.

Bids must be submitted in a single sealed envelope containing both technical and financial proposals. The bid opening will occur after the closing deadline of July 17, 2026.
