General Headquarters Signals Directorate Rawalpindi invites sealed bids for procurement of Information Technology based equipment and repair and maintenance of IT based services for the financial year 2026/27 on a Rawalpindi basis. The tender encompasses a comprehensive range of 40 items including Hipath exchanges, Huawei switches, Grandstream IP phones and gateways, Dahua surveillance cameras and network video recorders, networking equipment, displays, printers, tools, and various IT accessories and consumables. This is a significant procurement covering telecommunications infrastructure, security systems, and office equipment required for military signals operations in Punjab province.
Bidders must be original manufacturers, authorized distributors, or contractors registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments of Pakistan. Firms are required to possess security clearance and registration with reputable government departments including the Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Defence Production, or Ministry of Information Technology. No refurbished items are permitted, and firms found contradicting prescribed rules will face disqualification. All bidders must meet the specified eligibility and compliance requirements.
Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions are available from General Headquarters Signals Battalion at Quarter Master Branch, Adayala Road Rawalpindi on any working day upon submission of a non-refundable bank draft of Rs 10,000.00 in favour of the General Headquarters Signals Directorate. Sealed tenders including technical proposals and brochures must be submitted by 14 July 2026 at 1030 hours.
