Description / Scope of Work
The National Accountability Bureau (NAB), located in Karachi, Sindh, is inviting competitive bids for the outsourcing of photocopy and book binding services on a contractual basis. This is a non-consultancy services procurement conducted on a national level through a single-stage, one-envelope bidding process. The contract will be awarded to qualified service providers capable of delivering reliable photocopying and professional book binding services to meet the operational requirements of the NAB office in Karachi. The scope of work includes provision of high-quality photocopy services, book binding in various formats, and related document processing services as specified in the tender document.
Eligibility criteria require that bidders must be registered with the relevant tax and regulatory authorities, possess valid business licenses, and demonstrate prior experience in providing photocopy and book binding services. Bidders must submit a bid security declaration as specified in the tender requirements. All bids must be accompanied by technical and financial proposals meeting the standards outlined in the service specifications and scope of work sections. Contractors will be required to execute an integrity pact and provide a performance guarantee as conditions of contract award.
Bid documents are available from the NAB office at GPO Building, Main I.I. Chundrigar Road, Saddar, Karachi. Interested bidders must submit their sealed bids by the closing date of July 17, 2026. Bids will be opened on the same date in the presence of bidders' representatives.
