Description / Scope of Work
Heavy Mechanical Complex, a government institution in Taxila, Punjab, invites sealed bids for the supply of temperature measurement and monitoring equipment under tender reference LPA-26-052. The procurement includes twenty-four units of Thermocouple K-Type thermocouples with a temperature range of 0-1100°C and 1600mm length, nine hundred meters of extension wire for Type-K thermocouples, three digital temperature indicators with eight channels capable of measuring 0-1100°C, and four temperature recorders with eight to twelve channels compatible with fourteen basic thermocouple types and 220 VAC input voltage. All items must meet the specified technical requirements including stainless steel or ceramic construction for thermocouples and digital display functionality for indicators and recorders. Delivery is required on a FOR Taxila or free delivery basis to HMC Taxila.
Eligible bidders must submit a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 1,500 and provide two percent bid security for quotations valued at Rs. 500,000 or above; quotations without bid security will not be acceptable. Samples of each quoted item must be provided along with the quotation. Bidders must possess necessary registration and experience in supplying temperature measurement equipment. The offer validity should not be less than thirty days, and payment will be made after inspection and acceptance of stores at HMC Taxila.
Sealed bids must reach the Procurement Department of Heavy Mechanical Complex, Taxila by 1400 hours on 7 July 2026 for public opening at 1430 hours the same day.
