Description / Scope of Work
The Civil Works Department of Karachi Port Trust (KPT) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the maintenance and repair of KPT Quarter No. EK-108 located near Football Ground Keamari in Karachi, Sindh. This civil works project is funded through KPT's reserved budget for fiscal year 2026-27 and will be procured using the single stage-one envelope method with least cost based selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The procurement is advertised under Corrigendum No. 1 (CORR-P50891-001) with initiation date of June 24, 2026. Bidders must be eligible as per procurement regulations and possess all necessary licenses and qualifications for executing civil works contracts. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a pay order or a bid securing declaration in the format specified in the bidding documents. The complete e-bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications and technical requirements are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform. Interested bidders must register themselves on EPADS v2.0 at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/ to participate in the bidding process. E-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Monday, July 20, 2026 at 10:30 AM, and will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM. Manual submission of bids shall not be entertained. For grievance redressal, the Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) has been notified for this procurement as per Rule 48 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
