Description / Scope of Work
The National University of Science & Technology (NUST) Works Directorate invites sealed bids for the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of a heat and cool system for the Academic Block, Admin Block and Auditorium at NUST Campus in Quetta. This is a works contract issued on a national single stage-one envelope basis. The project encompasses complete HVAC system installation with testing and commissioning services to ensure full operational readiness of the climate control infrastructure across multiple institutional buildings at the Quetta campus location in Balochistan province.
Bidders must meet the eligibility criteria as specified in the bid data sheet and evaluation criteria sections of this tender document. Prospective contractors are required to submit bid security as per the requirements outlined in the special conditions of contract. All participants must possess relevant technical qualifications, experience in similar HVAC installations, and comply with integrity pact requirements. Contract performance will be secured through a performance guarantee form as detailed in the tender documents.
