Sui Southern Gas Company Limited invites sealed quotations for the procurement of computer peripherals and accessories, specifically LTO Ultrium 6 data cartridges as per technical specifications. The tender is for a quantity of 160 units with a delivery schedule of 45 to 60 days after confirmation of purchase order. This procurement is conducted under the single stage one envelope bidding procedure as per PPRA Rules 2004 and is being processed through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). The estimated bid value and fixed bid bond amount are PKR 96,000. Interested suppliers must participate via the EPADS portal and may access tender documents from the SSGC website and EPADS platform for download. The procurement office is located in Karachi, Sindh.
Suppliers must be active in the FBR Active Tax Payer List (ATL) to be eligible for participation. A physical bid bond of PKR 96,000 must be submitted to the Tender Room at SSGC Head Office before bid submission, with a scanned copy uploaded on EPADS. All bids must be submitted electronically on EPADS before the closing deadline of 23 July 2026 at 10:00 hours, otherwise they will be rejected. The quoted unit price must be inclusive of all duties, taxes, and discounts except General Sales Tax, which will be reimbursed as per GST regulations. Bid validity is 120 days from the opening date, and bid security remains valid for 150 days.

Sealed bids must be submitted electronically on EPADS before the deadline of 23 July 2026 at 10:00 hours, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 10:30 hours.
