Description / Scope of Work
Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC), a major utility company in Pakistan, is inviting sealed quotations for the procurement of hardware material under a single stage one envelope bidding procedure as per PPRA Rules 2004. The tender enquiry number is SSGC/LP/EPADS/PT/2165189 and covers the supply of MS channel sections (U-type MS 4" x 2" x 4mm thick, 10 ft long) in a quantity of 160 running feet and MS I-beam sections (size 12" x 5" x 10.43mm thick, length 23 ft each) in a quantity of 46 running feet. The procurement is being conducted through the EPADS (E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) platform, and quotations must be submitted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The total fixed bid bond amount required is PKR 90,000. The tender is open to all active suppliers registered in the FBR Active Tax Payer List (ATL).
Bidders must ensure they are registered and active participants in the EPADS system to be eligible for this procurement. The bid security of PKR 90,000 must be submitted as a fixed bid bond. All quoted prices should be inclusive of all duties, taxes, and discounts (if any) but exclusive of General Sales Tax (GST), which will be reimbursed separately as per GST regulations. Bidders are required to provide the make or brand of their offered items and must submit samples for physical inspection and technical evaluation. The evaluation will be based on the lowest technically and commercially compliant bidder unless otherwise specified.
Bidders can download tender documents from the EPADS platform and must submit their sealed quotations electronically on EPADS before the closing date and time of 23-07-2026 at 11:00 hours. The physical bid bond must be submitted to the Tender Room at SSGC Head Office (CRD Building, Ground Floor, SSGC Head Office Complex, Karachi 75300) before the bid submission deadline, and a scanned copy must be uploaded on EPADS. Bid opening will take place on 23-07-2026 at 11:30 hours at the same venue. The delivery period specified is 30 to 45 days after confirmation of the Purchase Order. All bids shall remain valid for 120 days from the opening date, and the bid bond shall remain valid for 150 days.
