THQ Hospital Jampur invites sealed bids from interested firms and agencies with financially sound background for a frame work contract to purchase laboratory items for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is for general laboratory consumables and items required for laboratory operations at the hospital located in Jampur, Punjab. The contract is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Punjab Procurement Rules PPRA 2014 and amendments thereto. Interested suppliers may download bidding documents free of cost from the PPRA website, the hospital's official portal, or obtain further information from the office of the Medical Superintendent at THQ Hospital Jampur.
Bidders must possess valid NTN registration certificate and STRN in the name of the firm. Bid security is required at 1% of the bid value payable through a certified bank as a call deposit or demand draft. The bidding will follow a single-stage two-envelope procedure where financial and technical offers must be submitted separately in sealed envelopes. Bids must remain valid until 30th June 2027 from the date of tender opening and are extendable up to three months subject to satisfactory performance. Quantities may be increased or decreased as per demand, and any or all items can be dropped at the hospital's discretion. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a 1% performance guarantee deposit within one week of award.
Bids must be submitted on or before 16th July 2026 at 10:00 AM in the office of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Jampur. Tender opening will occur on 16th July 2026 at 10:30 AM in the presence of bidders. Delivery of goods is the sole responsibility of the supplier, and income tax as well as GST will be deducted at source as per government rules. All tenderers should quote firm final rates in both figures and words. Counterfeit products will result in contract cancellation, forfeiture of goods and security deposit, and blacklisting of the supplier.
