Description / Scope of Work
The Communication and Works Department, Building Division Lodhran invites open competitive bids for maintenance and repair works to multiple judicial complexes, courts, and government office buildings located in Lodhran, Punjab. The tender covers thirteen separate maintenance and repair projects including the Judicial Complex Kehror Pacca, Judicial Colony Dunyapur, Session Judge Camp Lodhran, Excise and Taxation Office Lodhran, Deputy Director Colleges Lodhran, Circuit House Lodhran, and Deputy Commissioner Camp offices. The estimated total contract value ranges from Rs 151,900 to Rs 2,293,125 per individual project with a cumulative financial commitment across all schemes. All work is scheduled to be completed within a six-month timeframe from the date of contract award.
All contractors participating in this tender must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category or above. Bidders are required to upload scanned copies of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) amounting to two percent of the estimated cost from any scheduled bank as bid security. The procurement process follows PPRA Rules 2014, and contractors found non-compliant with registration or financial requirements will be disqualified from further participation. Original CDR must be submitted to the Tender Opening Committee before bid opening otherwise automatic disqualification will be applied.
Interested bidders may register and submit their bids through the PPRA website at https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk. Bid documents can be obtained from the same portal using the prescribed procurement procedure. The tender opening will take place on 22 July 2026 at 11:00 AM at the office of the Commissioner in Lodhran, where eligible bids will be evaluated and rates quoted by all participating bidders will be announced publicly.
