Rawalpindi Medical University, Government of the Punjab, invites prequalification applications from well-reputed Sales Tax, Income Tax and E-PADS registered firms, companies, and sole proprietors for the financial year 2026-2027. The university seeks to prequalify manufacturers, authorized dealers, agents, contractors, and general order suppliers across multiple categories including electrical and electronic equipment, IT equipment and accessories, furniture and fixtures, general store items, sanitary items, nursery farms, office repair and maintenance services, office stationery, safety and security equipment, vehicle spare parts and accessories, automobile workshops, medical books and journals, printing services, machinery and equipment, CCTV cameras and services, lab equipment repair, and catering or food service providers. The prequalification period extends for one year from July 2026 to June 2027, and interested bidders should submit proposals to the Purchase Department at RMU New Teaching Block inside Holy Family Hospital in Rawalpindi.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Sales Tax, Income Tax, and E-PADS systems and can be sole proprietors, partnerships, private or public limited companies. Applicants should provide complete business information including trade name, head office address, contact details, names of proprietors and directors, factory addresses where applicable, and proof of registration. The prequalification documents are available for free download from the websites www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and www.rmur.edu.pk. Prospective suppliers must specify their scope of work and nature of business, whether they operate as stockists, manufacturers, importers, or service providers.
Proposals must be submitted on or before 20 July 2026 at 10:30 a.m. in the Purchase Department at RMU New Teaching Block, Holy Family Hospital, Rawalpindi. The response time is calculated exclusively from the publication date on the PPRA website at https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ActiveTender.aspx. If the submission date falls on an official holiday, the next day shall be treated as the closing date. Rawalpindi Medical University reserves the right to reject any or all proposals subject to the provisions of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
