The Quaid-i-Azam Mazar Management Board (QMMB), through its Assistant Executive Engineer at the Office of the Resident Engineer located in Karachi, invites bids for the repair of the East Peripheral Area Boundary Wall. This works contract is being procured on a national basis using a Single Stage-One Envelope bidding procedure. The project is situated at the Quaid-i-Azam Mausoleum in Ferozabad Sub-Division, Karachi East District, within Sindh Province. The scope of work encompasses the comprehensive repair and restoration of the boundary wall in the eastern peripheral area of the mausoleum complex, ensuring structural integrity and maintenance standards.
Bidders must meet specified eligibility criteria including valid business registration, appropriate licensing for construction works, and demonstrated past construction experience in similar projects. A bid security declaration is mandatory for all participating contractors. Interested parties are required to submit their bids in a single envelope containing both technical and financial proposals.
