Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC), Pakistan's leading integrated gas utility engaged in transmission and distribution of natural gas across Sindh and Balochistan, invites bids for providing dispatch rider services with motorcycles, fuel, and required accessories at SSGC headquarters in Karachi. The service encompasses receipt, delivery, and distribution of official mail and parcels across all SSGC offices in Karachi from Monday to Saturday on a complete package basis. This is a single-stage, one-envelope competitive bidding process under clause 36(a) of PPRA Rules 2004, with the tender reference SSGC/SC/NR/EPADS/14382 dated July 2, 2026.
Bidders must be active in the FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL) to be eligible for participation. A fixed bid bond of Rs. 50,000 (Fifty Thousand Rupees) in the form of a pay order or demand draft in favor of Sui Southern Gas Company Limited is mandatory. The bid bond must be submitted physically to the Tender Room at SSGC headquarters before bid submission, with a scanned copy uploaded on the EPADS portal. Failure to submit the original bid bond will result in automatic rejection of the bid.
Bids must be submitted online through the EPADS portal on or before July 20, 2026 at 1100 hours. Public bid opening will occur at 1130 hours on the same day online on EPADS in the presence of bidders and their authorized representatives. Tender documents are available for download from the EPADS portal and SSGC website. Interested bidders are encouraged to confirm their intention to submit bids by fax to the General Manager (Procurement) at fax number 99231583.
