Punjab Small Industries Corporation (PSIC), Regional Office Rawalpindi, invites sealed bids from eligible firms for the provision of office staff at PSIC Regional Office Chamanzar Colony, Tipu Road Rawalpindi. The requirement includes one driver, five naib qasids (office messengers), six chowkidars (security guards), and one sweeper. The contract is for an initial period of one year with provision for extension up to three years subject to mutual consent. The total estimated cost is Rs. 9,010,560 at a monthly rate of Rs. 750,880, making this a medium-scale recurring procurement under the amended Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, governed by Clause 25 of PPR-2014.
Eligible bidders must be registered with both the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) and e-Procurement Punjab platform.
