Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Railways Lahore invites sealed bids for the special repair of washing line in Lahore under CSR 2016 (Lahore Division). The project is for civil and electrical work with an estimated cost of Rs.68.869 million and a bid security of Rs.2.000 million. The completion period is two months. This tender is open to valid PEC registered contracting firms with financial category C and above, and field of specialization codes CE-09, CE-10, EE-4, and EE-11 for civil engineering and electrical works. All bidders must possess a valid NTN number and be included on the Active Tax Payer List with the Federal Board of Revenue.
Bidders are required to submit bid security in the form of a CDR (Call Deposit Receipt) issued from a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan in the name of the Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways Lahore. The bid security in original form must be submitted in the tender box available at the office of the Divisional Engineer-I, Pakistan Railways South Road Lahore. Bids must be submitted through the E-PADS (E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) portal before 11:00 hours on 20 July 2026 in a single stage, two envelope format (Technical and Financial), along with scanned copies of bid security and other required documents.
Tender documents are available free of cost from the procurement portal at http://e.procure.gov.pk. Bids will be opened on the same date at 11:30 hours in the chamber of Divisional Engineer-I, Pakistan Railways Lahore in the presence of bidder representatives. The Railway administration reserves the right to reject any or all bids at any time prior to acceptance in accordance with PPRA Rules.
