Description / Scope of Work
The Quaid-i-Azam Mazar Management Board (QMMB) invites sealed bids for the reconstruction of RCC coping of the BQA boundary wall in Karachi, Sindh. This is a works contract advertised under National procurement rules using a Single Stage-One Envelope bidding process. The project is located at the Office of the Resident Engineer, Quaid-i-Azam Mazar Management Board, behind Quaid-i-Azam Mausoleum in Karachi, Ferozabad Sub-Division, Karachi East District. The scope of work encompasses the reconstruction of reinforced cement concrete coping for the boundary wall of the Quaid-i-Azam Mazar complex.
Bidders must meet specified eligibility criteria including relevant technical qualifications, past construction experience in similar works, and compliance with regulatory requirements. A bid securing declaration is required from all participating bidders as per the Standard Bidding Document. Contractors must demonstrate their capacity to undertake RCC construction work and provide evidence of past performance and completed contracts of similar nature. All bidders must be registered and licensed as per applicable procurement regulations.
Bid documents are available for download from the QMMB office. Sealed bids must be submitted on or before July 20, 2026 to the Office of the Resident Engineer, Quaid-i-Azam Mazar Management Board, Karachi. Bids will be opened on the same date following submission closure.
