Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Medical & Dental Council (PM&DC), Islamabad, invites proposals for the purchase of a complete printing solution on a turnkey basis. The procurement includes two PVC card printers and pre-printing of 200,000 double-sided PVC cards. This comprehensive solution is intended for the PM&DC Secretariat Building located in the Mauve Area, Sector G-10/4, Islamabad, Federal Province. The project aims to establish an efficient card printing and production system to support PM&DC's administrative and operational requirements.
Bidders must possess valid business registration and relevant experience in providing PVC printing solutions and equipment supply. Prospective bidders should have demonstrated capacity to deliver high-quality printing equipment and pre-printed cards on a turnkey basis. Bid security and financial guarantees may be required as per the Bid Data Sheet specifications. All bidders must comply with the Instructions to Bidders and General Conditions for Contract outlined in this Request for Proposal document.
Bid documents are available for download from the EPADS portal. Interested organizations must submit their complete proposals through the EPADS (Electronic Procurement Advertising & Tendering System) only—manual bids will not be accepted. The pre-bid meeting will be held on July 9, 2026, at PM&DC headquarters in Islamabad, accessible via telephone at 0519190000 Extension 706. All proposals must be submitted by July 20, 2026, at 10:30 AM sharp through the EPADS platform. Bid opening and technical evaluation will follow submission closure.
